Additionally, plans for more retail spaces, including a Solidcore workout studio, are underway at the site, which aims to revitalize the surrounding area.

Jacksonville is set to welcome a new Whole Foods Market as the city has approved a $7.5 million tenant build-out project at One Riverside. The grocery store will occupy a significant portion of the newly developed retail and residential space located at 1 Riverside Avenue, close to the base of the Acosta Bridge along the Northbank riverfront in the Brooklyn area.

The development project involves the completion of Building 1000, which spans 38,300 square feet. The initial groundwork for the shell building received city approval on October 23, 2024, estimated at nearly $1.21 million. Since then, construction has seen comprehensive progress, with multiple permits for plumbing, electrical work, fire safety systems, and mechanical installations issued since February. These ongoing activities collectively amount to an investment of approximately $1.156 million.
