Beverly Raphael Altman

CEO & Chairwoman

Beverly Raphael Altman is an entrepreneur by nature with roots in the fashion/retail industry. Despite numerous opportunities to sell RCC following the death of her husband Richard in 1998, she instead defied expectations in a male-dominated industry and assumed the helm, growing the business from a respectable $20 million in annual revenue to over $100 million, and overseeing its expansion into 30 states. She has received numerous leadership distinctions, recently having been named one of South Florida Business Journal’s Ultimate CEO’s for 2017 and awarded an honorary doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship, where she was previously inducted into the Hall of Fame. A businesswoman, mother, grandmother and philanthropist, Beverly lives in Boca Raton, FL with her husband, developer Joel Altman.

Robyn Raphael Dynan

President

Following in her mother’s footsteps, Robyn Raphael Dynan has achieved incredible success and become a well-respected executive in the traditionally male-dominated construction industry, significantly contributing to RCC Associates attaining its status as South Florida Business Journal’s #1 Woman Owned Business ranked by revenue in 2013 and again for five consecutive years in 2015. She began her construction career in an entry-level position at the company and has worked her way up the ranks first to VP of Operations and now President. She is admired by clients, industry associates and employees alike for her professionalism, expertise, and diplomacy while managing complex situations and relationships.

Rick Rhodes

Executive Vice President

With years of hands-on carpentry, millwork, and concrete work under his belt Rick Rhodes ran his own general contracting business before joining forces in 1983 with Richard Raphael and RCC Associates. As Richard’s right hand man, Rick worked diligently for the company for 15 years before the unfortunate passing of Richard Raphael in 1998. Beverly soon after made Rick Executive Vice President and her partner in RCC Associates. Together, they have grown RCC to one of the top nationally recognized general contracting firms in the US. As a State Certified General Contractor, he is the qualifier for the company in 30 U.S. states. Rick’s extensive field experience and hands-on management approach are key to RCC’s continued growth and success.
