Following in her mother’s footsteps, Robyn Raphael Dynan is currently the President of RCC Associates. She started from the ground-up in an entry level position, tenaciously learning every facet of the business, which precipitated her rise over a period of 20 years to President. Robyn oversees the day-to-day in every department of the company and has streamlined process and procedures, facilitating an environment based on teamwork. RCC was recently again named South Florida’s largest women-owned business.

With over to 100 employees and licensed in 30 states, RCC’s reach spans from Hawaii to Puerto Rico, and its name has become synonymous with superior quality and service for a wide range of recognizable clients including Zuma, COTE, Mila, Komodo, PGA National Resort & Spa, The Mayfair Hotel, Harry Winston, Versace, Giuseppe Zanotti,  Balenciaga, The Ritz Carlton, iPic Theaters, Del Frisco's Grille, Shake Shack, North Italia, and The Cheesecake Factory, for whom RCC has completed over 100 projects nationally.
