The Henry in Illinois
Acclaimed Phoenix-based eatery The Henry will arrive at the luxury retail destination next spring, bringing its signature bites and mixology creations to the North Shore. Helmed by hospitality group Fox Restaurant Concepts, the dining destination is known for dishing out seasonally inspired courses like short rib potstickers, jumbo lump crab cakes, Korean prime skirt steak with double-egg fried rice and roasted chicken with grilled heirloom vegetables and chimichurri.
Set in a 6,401-square-foot space, the restaurant’s first Midwest location will feature both indoor and outdoor dining areas, along with a cozy coffee bar. Weekend brunch will also be on the menu, including fare like an eggs Benedict, a hearty quinoa burrito and fresh-baked pastries, all accompanied by luxe sips like espresso martinis and spritzes.
