Pastis Opening in WPB
Pastis, the iconic French-inspired eatery from Stephen Starr and STARR Restaurants, is set to debut soon in West Palm Beach as the ground-floor anchor of the forthcoming Nora Hotel within the ambitious The Nora District.
The opening marks the brand’s fourth location—and second in South Florida—building on its longstanding success in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, Washington D.C., and Wynwood Arts District. In addition to Pastis, STARR Restaurants will help shape the hotel’s rooftop dining and oversee in-room service, further cementing the project as a hospitality-driven destination.
Spanning 13,300 square feet, the restaurant will channel a classic Parisian brasserie with signature design elements and a menu of crowd-favorite French staples—from steak frites and escargots to curated cocktails. The Nora Hotel itself, a 201-key boutique property developed by BD Hotels and partners, will serve as the centerpiece of the larger Nora vision—an evolving mixed-use district blending dining, retail, office space, and culture.
With Phase I slated for completion in early 2025, the development aims to transform downtown into a vibrant hub, positioning Nora as a defining lifestyle destination for Palm Beach County.
