Founded in Dubai and expanded across Monaco, Doha, London, and Marbella, the award-winning concept is rooted in the philosophy of Greek generosity and connection. “Entering the U.S. market is a strategic milestone for us, and Miami is the right city to lead that chapter,” said Chairman Evgeny Kuzin, noting the city’s bold, global spirit aligns seamlessly with the brand’s DNA.
Inspired by the mythological Mother Earth, GAIA Miami will showcase the brand’s signature Cycladic aesthetic — whitewashed walls, limestone textures, lush greenery — reimagined through Miami’s breezy coastal lens. Helmed by Chef Izu Ani, the culinary experience honors the simplicity of Greek home cooking elevated by meticulous craftsmanship and premium ingredients, highlighted by the iconic Ice Market where guests select pristine seafood prepared to preference.
The opening will also introduce NYX, GAIA’s sultry after-dark lounge concept, transitioning the evening from elegant dining to curated nightlife with evocative lighting, velvet textures, and refined mixology — extending the brand’s story well beyond the table.
