Sweetwaters Opening in Fort Lauderdale
Sweetwaters Restaurant, Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale’s newest waterfront dining destination, celebrated its debut with an exclusive VIP Preview Party along the New River in the newly reimagined Huizenga Park.
Developed by Specialty Restaurants, the family-owned hospitality group behind Miami’s iconic Rusty Pelican Miami, Sweetwaters introduced its elevated coastal dining experience to Downtown Fort Lauderdale, led by Executive Chef Nicco V. Salanitro and Culinary Director Matthieu Godard.
Guests were among the first to experience the restaurant’s indoor-outdoor waterfront setting while enjoying chef-curated bites, a raw bar and signature cocktails throughout the evening.
