Pastis Opening

The anchor restaurant of The Nora Hotel, which opens October 19 at 1135 North Railroad Avenue in West Palm Beach’s Nora District. Pastis, the Parisian-style brasserie that Keith McNally opened in New York’s Meatpacking District in 1999, became one of the most celebrated restaurant closures in recent memory when it shuttered in 2014; Stephen Starr helped bring it back in New York in 2019, then took it to Miami, Washington, D.C., and Nashville, making West Palm Beach its fifth location.

More than 13,300 square feet of indoor and outdoor space on the ground floor brings the full Pastis formula to the Nora District, with the classic Parisian brasserie design and a menu of French classics. Pastis Privé, a private event venue, operates alongside the main dining room. STARR Restaurants also handles in-room dining throughout the hotel.
