Pastis in Nora District

Pastis, the Parisian-style brasserie with roots in New York, is coming to West Palm Beach as the signature restaurant inside The Nora Hotel, according to the brand's Instagram. The program will occupy more than 13,300 square feet of indoor and outdoor dining space within the 201-room hotel, which sits in the city's Nora District.

The format is an all-day brasserie, with a menu anchored by steak frites and French classics. The beverage program will include cocktails, wine, and Champagne service, per the operator's post.

Attaching an established outside brand to a hotel's food-and-beverage program — rather than building a house concept — is a common structure at the upper tier of hospitality development. For The Nora Hotel, Pastis functions as the centerpiece of that program. More than 13,300 square feet divided between indoor and outdoor space is a footprint suited to an all-day operation, one that can run hotel guests through breakfast and hold a neighborhood dining audience through dinner and late-night service.

No opening date was included in the brand's announcement. The source is an Instagram post, with no permit filings, lease terms, or design credits yet made public. As The Nora Hotel moves toward its opening, details on the soft-open window and full program scope are expected to follow.
