RCC builds Kasumi in Waterstone Resort

The restaurant was founded by Michelin Starred, James Beard award-winning Iron chef Takashi Yagihashi and renowned chef and restaurateur Jonathan Fox. Together, they bring more than 60 years of combined experience to Boca promising an "unparalleled dining experience that melds tradition with innovation."

Kasumi is an entirely new concept and space, and its interior was designed by Heidi Avedisian of White Ink Design. Avedisian has brought to life a clean, modern, and moody Japanese coastal aesthetic that incorporates organic layers of teak, rattan, and limestone with a marine textile palette. This combination of colors and textures contrasts the waterfront views — a combination that is perfect for dining at any time of the day or night.

Kasumi joins the ranks of Boca Raton restaurants as a unique waterfront dining destination. There will be seating for 150 guests between the expansive bar, dining room, and waterfront terrace. A new private dining room within the restaurant will begin hosting events later this fall.

Upon opening on October 19, Kasumi will serve dinner Tuesday through Sunday beginning at 5 p.m
