GAIA Miami

Since GAIA’s inception in 2018, the celebrated Greek-Mediterranean restaurant has become a hospitality staple for A-listers worldwide. Now, the award-winning concept is making its U.S. debut in Miami Beach, bringing its soulful cuisine to the city.

Founded in Dubai and inspired by the mythological mother of the sun, the mountains and the sea, Gaia has earned global acclaim for delivering top-notch hospitality, refined cuisine, and contemporary elegance. With locations in Monaco, Doha, London and Marbella, Miami marks a significant expansion for the brand.

Evgeny Kuzin, the chairman of Fundamental Hospitality, shared that Miami’s unapologetically bold and boundary-pushing reputation serves as the ideal backdrop for the expansion. “Entering the U.S. market is a strategic milestone for us, and Miami is the right city to lead that chapter,” Kuzin shares. “This opening represents our confidence in the brand, our belief in the market, and our commitment to building destinations that stand.

Set in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth, home to high-caliber Miami restaurants, GAIA’s warm ambiance, whitewashed walls, and Cycladic-inspired design deliver its reputation, reflected across locations worldwide. The space itself places precision for each detail. From natural limestone textures to lush greenery, every interior design and culinary choice reflects GAIA’s dedication to creating environments for shared moments and meaningful connection.

Simple yet technique-driven and globally influential, the menu emphasizes a contemporary Greek menu with the signature Ice Market at the heart of the restaurant. Displaying a selection of fresh fish on ice for guests to hand-select, GAIA allows its patrons to choose exactly how they want their meal prepared, whether raw, baked or pan-fried. Among other signature components are the salad bar and the rustic wooden grill, which exude a welcoming environment.
