Set in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth, home to high-caliber Miami restaurants, GAIA’s warm ambiance, whitewashed walls, and Cycladic-inspired design deliver its reputation, reflected across locations worldwide. Simple yet technique-driven and globally influential, the menu emphasizes a contemporary Greek menu with the signature Ice Market at the heart of the restaurant. Displaying a selection of fresh fish on ice for guests to hand-select, GAIA allows its patrons to choose exactly how they want their meal prepared, whether raw, baked or pan-fried. Among other signature components are the salad bar and the rustic wooden grill, which exude a welcoming environment.
