Ember & Vine Now Open

Eddie Pozzuoli is excited to bring a new restaurant concept to western Coral Springs, focusing on specialty coffee, a wide variety of food, and a friendly atmosphere.

He and community leaders celebrated the grand opening of Ember & Vine with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on the morning of August 3.

“We are going to be a place for people to come and gather for friendship and business meals. People will be able to have a quick breakfast or spend time together over lunch and dinner,” said Pozzuoli. Ember & Vine offers globally inspired dishes from Italy to India. “I really like our short ribs, but we also offer a variety of sandwiches and salads, and we offer flights of wines,” said Pozzuoli.

Ember & Vine is among seven restaurants under P Hospitality. Pozzuoli is a co-owner.

The celebration included various leaders, including Coral Springs Mayor Scott Brook, who thanked Pozzuoli for choosing Coral Springs.

Members of the Pozzuoli family also participated in the ribbon-cutting. Florida Representative Christine Hunschofsky attended and told Coral Springs Talk she likes eating at Ember & Vine and enjoys the friendly atmosphere.

Parkland Vice Mayor Simeon Brier said he enjoys meeting friends at Ember & Vine for coffee.

Ember & Vine is located at 5920 Coral Ridge Drive.

Current business hours are every day from 8 a.m. to noon and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Lunch service will begin on August 26.
