CASA NEOS Addition

Riviera Dining Group (RDG) announced the debut of CASA NEOS Lounge and members-only CASA NEOS MM Rooftop on March 5, marking a pivotal moment for the beloved Miami River destination as it evolves into a vertically layered nightlife hotspot. With their arrival, the Lounge and MM rooftop introduce a multi-leveled experience where dining, music, and unforgettable experiences seamlessly flow from one floor to the next.

Located on the third floor, the Lounge opens at 8 p.m., serving the restaurant’s full signature menu within a setting defined by warm Mediterranean textures — rich woods, lime-washed finishes, sculptural lighting, and plush, low-slung seating that invites conversation against sweeping skyline views. As dinner gives way to night, the space transforms into an electric haven, with DJ-led programming and elevated bottle service amplifying the mood. Above, the members-only CASA NEOS MM Rooftop unfolds as an open-air “jardin suspendu,” layered with terracotta-inspired flooring, natural stone, wood accents, and integrated greenery — an intimate sanctuary suspended over the river, anchored by a central bar and softened by candlelight and ambient glow.

Guided by Miami’s natural rhythm and refinement, the new additions further cement CASA NEOS as one of the city’s most magnetic after-dark destinations. “At CASA NEOS, we think vertically. Each level introduces its own mood, while remaining part of a single, continuous experience. The Lounge and the members-only rooftop are designed to work in dialogue with one another, offering guests the freedom to shape their evening without having to choose between dinner, nightlife, or intimacy,” says Gregory Galy, Founder & CEO, Riviera Dining Group.

Under the direction of 26-Michelin-star Chef Michaël Michaelidis, RDG’s Head of Culinary, both the Lounge and rooftop present the full CASA NEOS dinner menu from 8–11 p.m., reflecting a philosophy rooted in pristine ingredients, Mediterranean coastal influences, and clean, expressive flavors. As the evening unfolds, the cocktail program evolves in tandem, its Mediterranean-leaning spirits and polished presentations giving way to a heightened tempo after 11 p.m., when bottle service takes center stage and the night ascends effortlessly to its next level.
