Amazónico Now Open In Brickell

With enough luscious foliage to transport diners to the Amazon jungle, Amazónico has finally arrived in Brickell! The Madrid-born restaurant is known to bring Latin American flavors while featuring an atmosphere as vibrant as its interiors.

Created by husband-and-wife duo, Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, the eatery first debuted in Madrid’s Barrio de Salamanca in 2016, before expanding to locations in London, Dubai and Monte-Carlo. As for its newest venture, Amazónico has set up shop at 800 Brickell Ave with three floors and a rooftop overlooking the dazzling skyline.

“Miami was the natural next step,” said co-founders Sandro Silva and Marta Seco. “We’ve always felt like Amazónico was made for this city. The cultural energy, the people, the rhythm of life, all align perfectly with what we’ve built.”

The newest location’s design is nothing short of Amazónico’s renowned rainforest aesthetic, led by Lázaro Rosa Violán, with deep greens, volcanic stone, dark tropical woods and woven textures throughout. Floating forms, curved lines and open-air layouts create a sense of flow between the interiors and exteriors.
