Construction of the 43,000 square foot Mizner Park iPic began after gutting the existing building. The interior has more than 200 material and flooring applications, which includes the lobby, a restaurant and lounge on the first floor, and 28,000 square foot eight-screen auditorium theater. Special features include a dramatic entrance with a modern exterior that combines wood paneling from Spain with metal panels and glass. The 10,000 square foot restaurant has outdoor seating and a lounge with walls made from driftwood.
