Prepare project budget based on preliminary drawings - to allow funding procurement and sequencing to allow the project to maintain schedule.
Estimating - comparative bid analysis to provide the best price to meet your budget, selection of subcontractors that meet experience and quality requirements. Value engineering - maintain design integrity while providing cost effective and functional alternatives to specified elements that meet budget requirements, and eliminate cost overruns.
Permit procurement and expediting - assure that permits are obtained in time to avoid project delays.
Dedicated project manager - will manage every aspect of your project from project start-up to completion, coordinating with all in-house departments, superintendent, subcontractors, owner and architect. Full-time dedicated superintendent - on-site to manage and coordinate all trades, and interface with project manager daily to insure schedule adherence, and quality assurance. Over 45 years of experience allows us to anticipate challenges in advance and curtail any cost overruns and delays that may affect your budget. Fully-staffed main office allows thorough administration of your project from start to finish. Coordination with your suppliers - i.e. coordinate with kitchen equipment suppliers - before, during and after construction. Technological support - our project managers and superintendents are equipped with digital cameras and laptops so that you can follow your project's progress throughout the construction process, and maintain the very best communication with owners. RCC Service and Warranty Claims Department:
In order to better serve our clients, RCC Associates maintains a fully staffed, professional service department to manage your service and warranty needs following turnover, and throughout the life of your business. The advantage of using the RCC Service Department is that we possess all past records of your project, and are familiar with all that has transpired during the building of your new business. We have access to all subcontractors that were used throughout your project and maintain our relationships. This can save you considerable money and lost time.
We offer high quality service work, repairs and rapid response to warranty claims. Whether you have recently built or remodeled your business and have a problem which is covered under warranty, or simply are updating to a new air conditioner, repainting your sales area or just repairing broken tile, the RCC Service Department has experienced professionals to handle any project, large or small.
Additionally, we can provide assessments on a new location that you may be considering with regard to the condition of the plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems or general site conditions.
Each project managed by RCC Associates is provided a comprehensive closeout manual at turnover, listing all subcontractors involved in your project. Emergency numbers for all trades are listed for your use after normal office hours.
Technicians in our Service Department are available 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, and after hours whenever possible.
