Project Manager
This position requires the overall management of multiple
construction projects form award to close-out, in conjunction with
the Project Superintendent. Superior organization, communication,
negotiating, people skills and an eye for detail are required.

conjunction with the Project Superintendent. Superior organization,
communication, negotiating, people skills and an eye for detail are
required.
- Negotiate and coordinate subcontractors for
buyout of the project.
- Determine and maintain project schedule – a
cooperative construction team requirement.
- Complete progress billings, maintaining project
budget.
- Maintain weekly project status reports and
communicate with executive throughout the construction process.
- Monitor Project Coordinator responsibilities;
including purchase orders, notice to owner, notice of commencement,
insurance, submittal distribution, punch list tracking, close-out
processes, etc.
- Coordinate with Superintendents, and monitor
field issues and job costs.
- Maintain communication with clients, architects,
construction managers and subcontractor/vendors.
- Perform routine site visits.
- Use Prolog Manager for the following: Log all
potential change orders, create subcontractor change orders, owner
change orders, requests for information, notices to comply, issues
lists, meeting notes, etc.
- Reconcile subcontractor costs for close-out,
process final billing and distribute close-out requirements to
client.
- Monitor completion of punch list items.
- Maintain client relationships
